Guil brings nearly 20 years of industry experience as a Wealth Advisor and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Guil was born into a family of business owners where at an early age, he experienced his parents’ decision to retire at 45 years of age. Having the mentorship of his parents success in achieving financial independence, Guil pursued his passion to become a professional Wealth Advisor. After completing his studies at The University of Manitoba in 1990 with a BSc, Guil continued his path as a Wealth Advisor by pursuing the necessary designation and licensing.
Guil obtained his life insurance license with Standard Life, completed the Canadian Securities course and IIROC licensed as an investment representative with Credential Securities Inc., received his Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP) in 2004 and currently completing his Certified Investment Manager’s designation (CIM) and a Certified Cashflow Specialist designation (CCS).
Guil is active in his community coaching hockey and baseball. For the past 15 years Guil has also been an active participant on the Standard Committee for the Manitoba Chiropractic Association.
